I went to Fast-Fix to get a watch band for my father. I called ahead and spoke with the owner’s niece who was very helpful. When we got to the store she continued to assist us and found a perfect band despite us being told by someone else that they didn’t think they had anything that would meet our needs. As promised the watch was ready in less than an hour of being dropped off and I received a text when it was ready. Thank you again for your help and we’ll be back if we ever need your services again.

Great customer service. Not sure what it normally costs but it was $25 to get my watch sized which I thought was reasonable. Would recommend

Great experience. They are all extremely friendly. I came in to get my wife's earring fixed and they did it in 2 to 3 minutes while I waited. It has been years since we have used them as we havent needed anything fixed in a while, but I will 100% come back here again!

I was in the Boca Mall with my wife and I was looking for a jeweler to replace the battery in my Swiss Army watch. I walked into a very clean and professional shop. I was waited on quickly and was provided a very reasonable estimate so I left my watch and was notified by text 30mins later that it was ready for pickup. It had been cleaned and buffed and looked brand new. I highly recommend Fast-Fix Jeweler for any watch servicing you my need!!
