Long story: First visit/use but WOW! Recommended by the Breitling Boutique staff!! Had a high dollar 30 year old Breitling Aerospace with a clasp friction pin problem. For this issue, Breitling Boutique in Town Center recommended this Fast-Fix versus the long drawn out and pricey Breitling fix (which I am very familiar with!). I was HIGHLY skeptical!!! Did I mention HIGHLY SKEPTICAL!! But, I walked 1 minute down the hall to humor myself. WRONG! Fast-Fix identified and repaired perfectly with new stainless steel pin in 45 minutes for 40 bucks. Price was not an issue here but … another WOW(!) compared to expected $200+ Breitling fix. Woulda been 6-12 weeks and no guarantees of pin availability and the hassles/risk of shipping and insurance and availability and time and …

Short story: No question - give this place a chance! Suspect that they will not disappoint. I’ll be back for similar work to include batteries, seals, polishing etc. Incredibly pleased.

What a fantastic shop! Friendly and professional. I walked right in, showed them my watch which needed the bracelet adjusted, he took my information, and needed just 10 minutes. I got a text that it was done during my brief walk around the mall. Very reasonable price. I’m impressed and will return.

I brought my new engagement ring to them to size down. They were finished in less than 3 hours my ring fits perfect and the band looks flawless - no indication whatsoever that it had been cut down. Very courteous and professional staff, and a very good experience.

Fast-Fix Jewelry and watch repair, were awesome. Very honest people. My watch could not be fixed although they replaced the battery, no charge and cause of the age could not get parts. Suggested to reach out to the manufacturer. Awesome service, thanks again.....
